CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING POLICY

1. Cancellation Notice:
   The Client may cancel or reschedule a session by providing at least 24 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled time.
   Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the session being forfeited without refund or rescheduling.

2. No-Show Policy:
   If the Client fails to attend a scheduled session without prior notice, the session will be considered completed and will not be rescheduled or refunded.

3. Program Expiry:
   All sessions included in the consulting package must be completed within 60 (sixty) days of the purchase date or the first payment, whichever occurs first.
   After this period, any remaining sessions will expire without refund.

4. Refunds:
   The Services provided by Maple Road Consulting are non-refundable once the first session has been completed or materials have been delivered.
   Refunds prior to the first session may be considered only in exceptional circumstances, at the discretion of Maple Road Consulting.

5. Consultant Cancellations:
   In the unlikely event that Maple Road Consulting or the assigned consultant must cancel or reschedule a session, the Client will be offered a new time at no additional cost.
