How do I purchase services and what are the payment methods?

It's very simple! The purchase of any service or service package is done through our website. By selecting the desired package or service, you will schedule your first session with one of our certified consultants and make the payment. We accept major credit card brands.

Do you answer questions about immigration?

No. If you have questions about visas, legal immigration processes to Canada or the United States, we suggest contacting regulated immigration consultants.

Do you offer installment options?

Yes! You can pay in up to 2 interest-free installments through our website. Just choose the option of payment in 2 interest-free installments, which applies only to our packages. Remember that by choosing this option, you will receive your documents only after paying the second installment.

How it works: When choosing the 2-payment option and the desired package, you will schedule your first session with our certified consultant. In this conversation, you will discuss your career and professional goals. The consultant will start drafting your documents, which will be delivered only after the payment of the second installment. The minimum delivery time is always 10 business days, even if you pay the second installment in advance.

How soon will I receive my new documents?

It depends on the payment method. If you choose to pay at once, your documents (resume, cover letter, and LinkedIn) will be delivered within 10 business days. If you prefer the 2-payment installment, the documents will be delivered after the payment of the second installment.

Do you revise my current resume or create it from scratch?

We do not provide revisions. Our consultants understand the appropriate resume format for you and will write it using our resume and cover letter formula/structure from scratch. Once you understand our structure and strategy, you can adapt your resume and cover letter for positions more easily.

Where are you located?

We are located in the province of British Columbia, in Vancouver, and serve clients in all provinces of Canada and in all U.S. states. The application process for positions and the use/writing of resumes, cover letters, and LinkedIn is exactly the same in both Canada and the United States.

Do you have access to my LinkedIn password?

No! We will write all sections of your profile in a Word document; you just need to copy and paste it on your page. During the LinkedIn coaching session, our consultant will share the screen with you to review your page and teach you how to optimize your LinkedIn.

How are the sessions divided?
