Why do clients need to send their resumes for any service or package?

We understand that our client’s time is valuable. In addition to the topics discussed during the first session, a client’s current resume will help to keep track of important dates such as dates of employment, program/course graduation dates, etc.

In the absence of a current resume, the simple 15-20 minute questionnaire serves as a supplement to answer some basic questions that will help us get started before the first consultation so that we can spend more time discussing the client’s specific needs and circumstances efficiently during the consultation.

Is Maple Road an employment/recruitment agency?

Maple Road is NOT a recruitment agency; at Maple Road, our consultants help you prepare for your job search by showing you how to highlight your own unique set of skills, accomplishments and experiences, creating our portfolio based on these qualities and attributes, to showcase your value to any potential employer.

Are your sessions available online as well as in person?

All our services are available online (via Google Meets).

Is it possible to have a resume and cover letter in less time than the service indicates?

Yes. If you require expedited service, we charge CAD$100 for 2 business days delivery.

What is your refund policy?

Our work begins as soon as we commence the first session with our clients.

If the client wishes to reschedule their consultation, we will be more than happy to assist in finding a time that works best for the client, at no extra charge. We ask our clients to send us any request to reschedule at least 48 hours prior to the original appointment time.

If the client decides not to proceed BEFORE their first appointment, we will issue a full refund within 14 business days, no questions asked!

If the client decides to not proceed with their selected service(s) AFTER their first appointment, we will, unfortunately, be unable to issue a refund due to the fact that every time a client purchases any of our services or packages, we reserve time in our company calendar for your project, which is billable time we can't schedule, and our work begins immediately after the first meeting.
